The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the beautiful Sidi Jaafar Beach. The breakfast offered was satisfactory considering the price, providing good value for money. However, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. It seemed to turn off around midnight, which affected comfort during the night. Despite notifying the receptionist about the problem, the issue wasn't addressed promptly. As someone who frequently stays in hotels due to my work as a tour guide, I understand that occasional issues can arise, but timely resolution is crucial. Overall, I would recommend the Kaisar Hotel for its location and the warmth of its staff, but I hope they address the AC situation to improve guest comfort in the future.
